Combine – Evolving a Visual Identity in Step with Business Transformation

Combine is a Master Data consultancy that supports businesses with data strategy and system implementation.

From 2016 to 2024, I worked with Combine—initially as a freelancer and later as a full-time designer. During this time, the company transformed from being perceived as a digital agency into a consultancy. This shift required continuous adjustments to the brand’s visual identity to align with its evolving positioning.

My role

I was responsible for maintaining and developing Combine’s graphic identity—covering both internal and external touchpoints. This included everything from info screens and websites to social media content, marketing campaigns, and printed materials.

Impact

Through a consistent and evolving visual identity, I helped Combine bridge its transition from digital agency to consultancy, ensuring that both employees and external stakeholders experienced a unified and professional brand presence.

Info screens

To improve employee experience, I designed interactive touchscreens for meeting room booking and real-time meeting overviews. I also created weekly cafeteria meal plans displayed across office info screens—simple but highly valued by staff.

Social Media Graphics & Video Production

As part of a 2023 marketing campaign, I produced a series of employee interview videos for LinkedIn and Facebook.

My role spanned the full production pipeline: filming, lighting, editing, color grading, audio treatment, and integrating branded graphics.
These videos not only highlighted the team’s expertise but also strengthened Combine’s position as a knowledge-driven consultancy.
